Prosecutors contend that Meta allowed fraudulent cryptocurrency investment scheme advertisements, presenting Forrest’s photograph, to appear on its web site and acted recklessly in not putting off them directly.

Meta’s lawyer, Paul Yovich SC, expressed concerns approximately the completeness of the record disclosure, for the reason that new documents have continued to emerge at some point of the legal battle.

The requested files also encompass emails between Forrest’s lawyers, communications with professional witnesses, and reviews on third-birthday party commercials the use of Forrest’s name.
