Bitcoin’s recent bull run continues as it surpassed $90,000 on Nov. 12, driven by confidence from traders and boosted by reduced profit-taking relative to past peaks. This marks a 40% surge since mid-October, with analysts and traders alike remaining optimistic that the digital asset’s rally is far from over.

Half of Historical Profit-Taking Volumes

According to crypto analytics firm Glassnode, “realized profit volumes” have averaged $1.56 billion daily since Bitcoin broke its previous all-time high, significantly below the $3 billion seen in prior cycles. The data suggests that many investors are holding, creating less pressure for a downturn as demand continues.

Post-Election Market Surge

Bitcoin reached $85,000 on Nov. 11 following Donald Trump’s 2024 election win, rallying $8,400 in a single day and peaking at $90,100 before cooling to $87,534. Swan Bitcoin CEO Cory Klippsten noted that Bitcoin’s ability to hold its price despite thin weekend trading volumes reflects growing market strength and resilience.

Strong Bullish Sentiment

Investor confidence remains high, with prominent voices predicting further gains. Robert Kiyosaki, author and entrepreneur, stated he would continue buying Bitcoin until it exceeds $100,000. Others, like WealthSquad’s Chris and Anthony Pompliano, also project a bullish trajectory, with Pompliano emphasizing the contrast between Bitcoin’s growth and U.S. debt expansion.

Bitcoin’s rally reflects not only strong momentum but also optimism for its long-term value, even as it approaches record highs.
